| Detailed Description |
This is a beauftiful airplane that has everything you need. It is IFR equipped, has autopilot, and it is a very low time plane. Why am I selling? My stream of income cant keep up with rising fuel prices, rising hangar fees, and the risk of future user fees. It breaks my heart to part with my dream. My loss is your gain. I can e-mail you pictures of both the interior and exterior. Just ask.
Airframe: The airframe has a nose baggage compartement and an interior baggage compartment behind the 3rd row of seats. It has both flap gap seals and aileron seals. It also has a STOL kit installed. With these Knots2U conversions, I easily lifted off from Rapid City, S.D. when it was about 90 degrees outside with four adults, two children, and baggage. This plane will haul!
Engine Specs: Lycoming 260 HP. It still has most of its useful life before TBO left and it runs strong.
Prop(s): Constant Speed Prop. The prop has only 66.4 hours on the blades SOH
Modifications/Conversions: Flap Gap Seals, aileron seals, and STOL kit from Knots2U
Avionics/Radios: DME: King KN62A ADF: KR85 Transponder: NARCO AT50 Radios: Two MX-170B (Very powerful long range radio) Speaker Control & Marker locater: KMA20 6 Place Intercom: PS PM3000 Dual King localizers w/ glideslopes. Top one is lenticular Astro tech digital clock/stopwatch Lighted compass (about 3 yrs old) ST-50 Autopilot Wag-Aero exhaust temp
Additional Equipment: Tail beacon (about 3 yrs old) and a belly strobe light. People will definitely see you in the pattern!
Exterior: Paint is about 8 out of 10. This plane has not sat outside.
Interior: About a 9 out of 10. No sunlight has reached the interior when it isnt being used due to the fact it is always hangared.
Inspection Status: Plane will come with a April 2008 annual inspection. Bi-annual IFR inspection of instruments was accomplished in July 2007. A new altimeter was installed at that time. | |
