Ive have solely owned this plane for 15 years and it has always been hangared. I use the ADLOG system. Logs and maintenance are impeccable.   Ive flown it North into Canada and as far east as Florida. Being turbo-charged with a built-in oxygen system, you have the capability to get above the summer turbulence, fly at higher altitudes and enjoy cooler smoother air.  It is a workhorse and will easily carry 1000 pounds plus 80 gals of fuel.  A 33% share in the aircraft is $40, 000. plus split of general costs - hangar, maintenance, etc.

Interior and Exterior:  Average.  Exterior paint is in great shape and most people think the plane is newer than 1971.  I have used it quite a bit for air-camping in, so there are dings on the interior as I often fill it with gear.  If you like to travel with skis, bikes and sporting equipment, the cargo doors are perfect for easy loading.  It even fits a twin sized aerobed in the back.  I am not finicky about small dings, but am about the maintenance.
