My friend and I are wanting to buy a 2004 or newer SR22 GTS and maybe a SR22 Turbo. We have looked at many airplanes and figured that we could buy one from $250-$330K all depending on what we agree upon. We have done our homework and for a $300K SR22 Turbo, annual, hangar and insurance would run about $1000 a person if we have four people. We are not dead set on any particular SR22. We both are experienced military jet pilots and the other guy already has +150hrs in SR22/20. If you are interested please let us know. This is definitely a more affordable way of owning a nice state of the art plane as compared to paying $250-300 an hr to rent.
