I purchased this plane in 99 and its been a great plane.  Had it overhauled in 2000, prop included...I landed gear up in 4/04 due to mechanical, hence the engine removed, redone and brought to new specs again, along with brand new prop.  Plane is in great shape...since the plane was going to be out of service for a few months, I had the interior replaced. All new leather seats, custom made, extra padding and width for front seats, way more comfortable than standard seats along with new carpet and headliner!  Just came out of annual was done by Faith Aviation in Camden AR. nothing was needed other than normal, they are great mechanics. Plane is White/Orange/Brown

I installed a new wraparound windshield, and a Garmin 430 along with340 audio panel and GPS Steering, and its coupled to an STEC 30 with altitude hold..I love this feature, fly hands off on IFR procedure till DH, then just land!   I will also include a yoke mounted FL270 for weather, large color screen depicts lightning, rain, wind, temp, clouds, tops, fuel used, and a host of other features. Requires XM subscription..also you can fly 700 nm without fueling, and still have more than legal reserve, cruising along @ 150kts plus...you can fly high with the built in oxygen and take advantage of those fuel saving tailwinds and get there fast with a 1000fpm climb!  I have cruised along as fast as 240kts in smooth air! Paint and interior are 7/8 or better. Plane is always hangered, list of equip is too long to mention, but some extras are Rosen Sun Visors, cht, dual vors, no ADF, DME, 400 Transponder, 4 place intercom, IPOD port plays thru headsets.
