| I am looking for a partner pilot/mechanic who would be interested in coming to Italy and work on a SIAI-Marchetti S.205 F/R-22 with a Franklin 6A-350C1. It is a rather rare Italian plane. There are not many left flying. It can be bought for almost nothing ($800) but has been sitting for 6 years after a gear up landing. It needs an engine (the Franklin I know where one is or an IO-360 would fit), prop, instruments, radios, interior, glass, and work on the skin. Yep, it needs work. I can get access to all tools needed. It would be a fix, fly and probably sell. If your free and want an adventure in Italy for awhile, let me know and I can give you more details. |
