I was offered a lot for this business before the slow down but I wasnt ready to retire. Now I am ready to retire, and I am asking a lot less for the company. We have a full 135 and five aircraft. All the accounts come with the company. Our main cargo was bank documents and C-level executives. As with a lot of other industries, we have seen a slow down. We may make a few dollars this year or we may lose a few. But if you have clients or are looking for a good deal set in place for when things pick back up, this is the deal for you.
We have spoken with a lender that says he can get the deal done if you have A or B credit. A sale leaseback is also a possibility which may offer tax savings for the buyer.
