To the best of my recollection, there are 2 recurring ADs that apply to this airplane:

1. Every 100 hours or annually, remove the control yoke medallion and inspect for cracks in the yokes.

2.  Every 100 hours inspect oil cooler hoses for flexibility and replace every 1000 hours.

Obviously Ive over-simplified the descriptions on these ADs, this is just to give you an idea of the required routine maintenance on the airplane.  Ill verify the exact ADs and their corresponding numbers and post that.  All recurring ADs will be up to date on delivery of the aircraft.

The maintenance records are kept on the AdLog system and I expect it to be continued through the course of the lease. For $30 per year, AdLog does all your AD research for you saving you hundreds of dollars in mechanics time during each inspection. It also helps to standardize record keeping on the airplane as well as providing a simple method for showing and tracking compliance with ADs.

The airplane has a fresh annual on it now, therefore it shall be returned with a fresh annual
