Description:

Low time plane. Annual just completed. Major overhaul in July 06 at 1561 hours - presently at 1600 hours. I have wings clipped while bringing down blood pressure, so looking for pro rata partnership.

Plane has all bells and whistles including Garmin 430 with WAAS. Other avionics:

KFC 150

That includes autopilot. Plane is instrument rated. Retractable gear, pitched prop, excellent interior, hangared indoors. All logs with the plane. Partner options - make offer.
