Fresh annual, the plane came out of annual near the end of August. We bought this airplane in order to finish my hours towards a commercial license.  Now that I have achieved that we are selling it back to pay for college.  The engine is in great condition and has never given me trouble, it is a joy to fly in IFR and VFR conditions.  The elevator and rudder trim allow you to trim the airplane and it flies relatively straight and level aside from aileron corrections.  I have flown many long cross countries in this airplane includings many 4 hour flights to Arkansas and a 23 hour flight across the east coast up to New York.  Please call or E-mail if you are interested!
