We are seeking a partner with CEO qualifications and experience in the aircraft industry, inclusive DOD contracting.  Sales ability and knowledge of the aircraft industry a must.  Propulsion (turbofan, turboshaft) desirable.  We will consider acquiring your business (if in line with our plans).

Velarus LLC is a startup company owning critical technology (VPx) which is the result of many years of privately funded research and development.  The VPx is green and stealth, fuel efficient aircraft propulsion technology.  We plan to go IPO within 3 years.  Our customers are OEM manufacturers and fixed based operators (STC specialists) or fleet operators with STC capabilities. 

The Velarus mission is to become a world leader producing and servicing the next generation of aircraft propulsion in a wide range of applications which includes private, business, commercial and military customers.  Targeting the so-called small engines (up to 12, 000 lbs of thrust, less than 6, 200 shp), Velarus will take advantage of the uniqueness of its propulsion technology (VPx) to become established as a solution provider for efficient transportation, strategic military platforms as well as commercial and civilian applications, while being responsive to green initiatives and fuel conservation.

The company plans to sell VPx licenses to large commercial engine manufacturers, compelled by new pending federal legislation to reduced carbon footprint and the airlines demand for fuel efficient propulsion.

Presently, our first prototype design includes more than 40% of tested and qualified components.
