I am looking for one parnter to team up with in the purchase of a 2-4 seat helicopter.  Eg:  R-22, R-44, Bell 47, Schwietzer 300 etc.

I am a fixed wing & rotorcraft rated pilot.

Must be hangered in north Los Angeles area.  EG:  EMT (El Monte), WHP (Whiteman), VNY (Van Nuys).  I will fly approx 100-150 hrs per year and looking for same.  I typically fly every weekend thereofore then helicopter will typically be available midweek and this must be acceptable for my partner.

Financial stability in a must. Partnership will require significant financial commitment.  I am not interested in partnering with someone who can barely swing this arrangement.  My need for a parnter is based upon the speculation that I simply wont fly enough hours per year to time-out a 2200 hour Robinson in its 12 year rebuild schedule.
