| Cessna 182J, very nice airplane, well equiped, 08/09 pitot static, 09/09 annual, 6000 TTAF, 450SMOH, 600 SMOH prop, 2 digital flip com, vfr gps, new transponder (narco 165), vertical card compass, digital cht/egt, dme, 2-vor 1 with glideslope, adf, wing-lever, 4-place intercom, baggage door storage, original interior in good shape, plastic 80%, glass good. Firewall mounted oil filter. Bracket air filter. Rosen visors with extra knuckle. No corrosion, hanger kept. Paint is good to very good, 5yrs since complete strip & anodize, in original configuration. Gap seals & good bladders(rt only 3 yrs old). New tires at annual, brakes last year.
